Featuring new ways of working, this project embraced a colourful mix of indigenous art, world-wide inventors, and the locality of North Sydney. Within 2100m2, the space focuses on the importance of Social Hubs, Collaboration Zones, Technology Zones, Focus Areas and Sustainability (reuse, repurpose, recycle).

Our client was moving office and requested a change in design to incorporate their new workplace strategy including hybrid work, collaboration of spaces, meeting rooms and private spaces for online meetings. The design used Japanese aesthetics and principles to maintain their identity whilst making it timeless, functional and flexible.

Troy Christie
Managing Director
Troy Christie is the Managing Director of Korus Group – Asia Pacific & leads all aspects of the business operations. He deals with various business partners and clients both locally and globally. Qualified with over 20 years’ experience in the design, construction & corporate real estate industry, he has a unique allrounder skill set which curates delivery strategy in an end-to-end capacity. A trusted advisor servicing multinationals across multiple markets, Troys’ hands-on approach has led to the success of many workplace projects in the industry.
Kamran Sathar
Head of Project Services
Kamran has represented global clients and managed workplace projects in over 15 cities across 3 continents. Holding a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters of Property Development from University of New South Wales, his management approach ensures the retention of design quality throughout the build phase. He was a formative member in the joint partnership between two global design firms which spanned across 38 geographical locations with over 1500 staff, and brings valuable strategic insight on operational process assets and global best practice.
Grace Christie
Finance Manager
With a Finance and Marketing Degree, Grace was previously working in the futures market within oil and gas, and tanker-freight industry in Singapore. After moving to Australia, Grace joined Korus Group – Asia Pacific with her co-partner assisting on bid management, project budgeting and takes care of financial compliance within Korus Group – Asia Pacific. Grace also works closely with the team and marketing strategist to oversee the social marketing efforts of the company.
CY Leong
MD – Malaysia
Leong brought the Korus Brand to Malaysia in 2008. He is an Architect Technologist with 20 years of experience in varies fields including Architecture, Construction, Project Management and Interior Design. Under his leadership, Korus has successfully delivered various projects in Malaysia. He takes a very hands on approach in managing projects to ensure clients’ expectations are
